The mission of Rhinebeck Writers Retreat is to offer musical theatre writers two of the scarcest resources: space and time to write. I’m humbled to have stepped into the role of Executive Director in September 2025.

My producing work is driven by my relationships with creators, and a belief in the power of art as a force for good. I have shepherded pieces as a Lead Producer, raised funds as a Co-Producer, and been brought aboard projects and special events as an Executive Producer.

I realized that my favorite part of producing is serving as a caretaker for artists and their vision, so I built a bespoke management business working with creators as an advocate and strategic thought partner in their work and professional development.

I believe our industry is aided by greater transparency and candid communication built on shared knowledge and trust. That is why I co-founded The Business of Broadway, and I am now also an Adjunct Professor at NYU Tisch & Steinhardt, and Berklee NYC.
